Parent Consultation - Early Help Sheffield City Council

In Sheffield we are reviewing our Early Help Services and as part of this we are inviting parents, children and young people to tell us what really matters to them so that we can shape our services to help to achieve this.

Early Help is the support for children and their families that identifies and addresses additional needs as soon as possible to intervene and improve outcomes.

We want Sheffield to be an inclusive city where agencies work together to ensure that all children receive the right support at the right time so that they are able to live happy and fulfilled lives.

To gain the views of parents we have designed a web-based survey, which we would be grateful if you would send out to your school community. The link is below;

Web-based survey for parents:

We have also designed a web-based survey for secondary school aged young people, which we would be grateful if you would encourage young people to complete, perhaps during a PHSE discussion about Early Help or where young people might look for additional support if they needed it;

Web-based survey for young people Y7 and older:

The web-surveys are open until the 9th July 2021 and we would like to reach as many parents, young people and children as possible.
