15.3.21
For Red Nose day this year (Friday 19th March) we are saying the children can wear what they want to school.
We are also going to hold a competition and ask you to design a red nose. They can be as creative as you like - draw / paint / 3-D model etc. Remember, noses come in all shapes and sizes! They will be judged on Friday morning.
Let's have a bit of fun, and as the saying goes ... do something funny for money.

Art
This week we are revising how to use / mix powder paints in order to create a colour wash background alongside using our cutting skills to create a silhouette.
- First, create a sunset colour wash for a background.
- Then cut a hole in a black piece of paper and a figure for Michael and Stella.
- Glue the silhouette onto the colour wash once dry.
Use the uploaded WAGOLLs to help you.
PSHCE
This week will be looking at 'Agreeing and Disagreeing' and learning how to agree and disagree with others repectfully. You need to play the POWERPOINT first before completing the TASK.
RE
In RE, we are exploring our commitments and expressing why we have these commitments. Read through the POWERPOINT and complete the two TASKS.
Geography
Continue to use this board to share where you have been in the world. Were you on holiday there? Visiting family? Perhaps you could share a photograph of your favourite memory from there. Please remember to put your name, and your reason for being there.
Can you find where the teachers have been? Post a comment or ask a question to show you have found our 'pins'.
We hope you have a good week of learning Y5/6.
